How much is the shipping?

Shipping is free for orders of 60€ or more with destination Peninsula and Portugal. For all other cases, the cost will be from 5€, depending on the destination. You can see all the information in the shipments section.

When will I recive my order?

All shipments are sent within a maximum period of 48 hours, although if it is done during business hours we usually send them on the same day we receive them, so they usually arrive around 24/48 hours. You should keep in mind that on Sundays and holidays the delivery agencies do not work, so they do not count.

Why do I not pay at the same time I place the order?

Because first we like to make sure that you will receive exactly what you are going to pay. When we receive your order, we verify that the product you have ordered is in perfect condition, and that is when we send you the payment link. If we detect a problem (such as a manufacturing defect), we can contact you to inform you and see if you are interested in any of the alternatives we can offer you.

If I live in Lugo, can I make a return in store?

Yes, and store returns are also free.

How are returns made?

If you want to return a product, you just have to send it to: CORTÉS ZAPATERÍAS CORTÉS ZAPATERÍAS S.L. Doutor Castro, 20-22 27001 LUGO, you can send it as you prefer, since the shipping costs run from your account. The deadline for making returns is fifteen days from the day of receipt. Keep in mind that it must be in perfect condition and shipped in its original packaging.

Do you make product changes?

We do not make changes, but if you want to change the item for another model, size or color, you must return the purchased product and make a new purchase, and we will send it to you as soon as possible.
