Payment can be made by bank transfer or by card through the secure paying service of the BBVA bank. We also have the option of payment by card or cash on collection from our stores.
The CASH ON DELIVERY payment option carries no additional charge.

Returns may be made within fifteen days from the day of receipt. Returned products must be in perfect condition and shipped in the original packaging, properly protected and packed, to prevent deterioration during transport.
The amount will be returned by credit to account or directly on the card, depending on the payment method made.
You can make the return through the method you prefer since the return costs are borne by the customer.
If the package is returned to Cortés Zapaterías because the agency has not located the customer or has refused the shipment, it will be the same customer who assumes the return costs.
