You have a period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request the return or change of any item.

In order for the product to be considered liable for return or change it must be in the same state in which it was purchased, with its original packaging and no signs of use. Do not directly seal the packaging, you must wrap it in advance so that it does not deteriorate.

You will be redirected to a page that contains your purchase information, where you will be asked to select compensation and logistics information related to your return. Once finished the process will receive in your email the label for the return.

Order returns from Azores, Madeira, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands 10 €

Returns from the rest of the EU 10 €

You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of goods resulting from manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
