Purchases made incortezapaterias.comThey are subject to current regulations and the rest of the corresponding legislation. Purchases made on cortezapaterias.com will be subject to the payment of Value Added Tax (VAT) as established in current regulations for natural or legal persons residing in Member States of the European Union and for those residing in non-EU countries.

2 - THE SALE OF THE PRODUCTS
The characteristics of the products and their prices will appear on the screen. The prices indicated on the screen are in euros, and include VAT.

3 - FORMALIZATION OF THE ORDER

The formalization of an order will be understood to be carried out under full acceptance of the general conditions of sale contained on the page.

The products will be sent to the delivery address that you indicate to us, within the stipulated deadlines according to the shipping method service that you have chosen.

4 - RETURNS

You have a period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request the return or exchange of any item.

For the product to be considered eligible for return or exchange, it must be in the same condition in which it was purchased, with its original packaging and without signs of use. Do not directly seal the packaging, you must wrap it beforehand so that it does not deteriorate.

Returns have the following cost:

Returns of orders from Spain and Portugal (peninsular) €6

Returns of orders from Azores, Madeira, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands €10

Returns from the rest of the EU €10

Returns from the rest of the world €20

You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If you are from Lugo or are here for any reason, you can also make the return or exchange in our physical stores.

5 -GUARANTEE

In the event of a defective product, the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract will be carried out, as appropriate, procedures that will be free of charge for the consumer and user.

Cortés Zapaterías is responsible for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from delivery.

The consumer and user must inform Cortés Zapaterías of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

6 - RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

Cortés Zapaterías reserves the right to cancel or reject any order from a customer with whom there is a conflict regarding the payment of a previous order or that appears to present any type of risk.
