Payment method

ElpaymentIt can be processed through transfer, refund (without additional fees), Bizum, or using a card through Sabadell's secure payment gateway. We can also use credit cards to make payments and receive payments at your nearest institution.

The refund payment option does not charge any additional fees.

 

Return

You have 15 calendar days from the date of receiving the order to apply for a return or make changes to any items.

In order for the product to be considered returnable or replaceable, it must be in the same state as when purchased, in its original packaging, and without any signs of use. Do not directly seal the packaging, it must be packaged in advance to avoid spoilage.

Returns of 6 euros for orders from Spain and Portugal (Peninsula)

Return 10 euros from Azores, Madeira, Canary Islands, and Balearic Islands

Refund of 10 euros from other EU regions

Refund of 20 euros from other regions of the world
