3-THE FORMAT OF THE ORDER

Returns have the following cost:

Order returns from Spain and Portugal (peninsular) 6€

Order returns from Azores, Madeira, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands 10 €

Returns from the rest of the EU 10 €

Returns from the rest of the world 20 €

You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of goods resulting from manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

If you are from Lugo or you are here for some reason you will also be able to make the return or change in our physical stores.

 

5-GUARANTEE
In the case of a defective product, the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract will be carried out as appropriate, which will be free for the consumer and user.

Cortes Zapateria responds from the faults of conformity that are manifest within two years from the delivery.

The consumer and user must inform Cortes Zapateria of the lack of conformity within two months since he became aware of it.
